Tab Trade - The Short Version
TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
That last detail is relevant. It says the founder knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. Tab Trade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.
Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that is a few months old, that coverage is solid.
What You Trade On
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from the same login. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural after using both.
FIX API is available for algo traders but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That will be a good addition once it is live.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Easy to track. $0 to start. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not relevant to the average person. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.
How Fast Are the Fills
The execution is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers run a much wider range.
Does it matter? For short-term trading, absolutely. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That is what kind of broker this is.
Combine that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
Safety
Here is the thing you need to be straight about. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.
That said. Benjamin Boulter built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is expensive. Scam brokers do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It does factor into your decision.
The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade has bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You put money in, TabTrade add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you deposit.
